Employee assessments and development plans

We use proven tools such as the Myers-Briggs, Firo-B and Disc along with personalized surveys to provide you and your employees with comprehensive assessments of an employee’s strengths, values, skills and areas for improvement. Using this information, together with your goals, we create customized development plans to ensure that your employees are working at their best, in the position that is best for them. We establish metrics that are reasonable, yet provide a “stretch.” Our metrics are geared to helping you see the return on your investment, providing indices of, for example, employee satisfaction, retention, productivity and progress against goals.
